Really liked and appreciate the part of not going into analysing or trying to figure out as it may put the volunteer on defensive and may be scary and we need to keep the volunteer safe. Thank you so much

Appreciate the part of “no analysis”, suddenly it made me realize why sometimes ppl hated when I tried to help them figure out what’s going on, because I was “analyzing”!!

Knowing that you are not being criticized or analyzed is very important since you can feel safe to be yourself and say out loud what's in your mind. Everyone stays neutral instead of biased. This is what we should do in other scenarios too. When our friends come to us, offering suggestions or ideas is all we should do, not analyze the origin of it.

I really liked the idea that there is no place for the analysis. This also gives more space for the parents to figure out their own solutions as they are the expert of their lives. I find all the process very empowering for the parents.
