It is important to teach children that what they feel is always okay. However, what they do is not always okay. Helping children create an Anger Wheel of Choice is one way to help them learn self-regulation.
This heartwarming story about a little girl named Sophia is a great way to teach your children about anger and appropriate ways to express their anger. Includes notes from Dr. Jane Nelsen.

I really liked the book because Sophia learned not to get so mad. I made the wheel for myself too, and I thought the book was funny.
